Access
We will always do our best to enable you to collect or drop off your vehicle whenever you need to. A minimum of 48 hours notice is normally required, and we ask that you give as much notice as possible.
There may be certain times of the year when we require more notice than usual. We will always give you plenty of advance warning if this applies.
Payment
Storage fees are payable one month in advance by standing order. Long-term storage can also be paid 12 months in advance at a 5% discount.
One month's notice is required to end your storage. No deposit is required to begin.
Pricing
Your storage rate is fixed at the time of agreement. We will give a minimum of three months' written notice of any price change, giving you the option to end your storage before any increase takes effect.
Vehicle size
Rates quoted are for vehicles up to 5.0m in length and 2.0m in width. If your vehicle exceeds these dimensions, please contact us for a bespoke quote before making an enquiry.
Condition on arrival & photography
We photograph every vehicle on arrival to record its condition. These photographs are kept on file and shared with you for your own records.
Care & liability
We take the care of every vehicle seriously and treat each one as we would our own. We carry out regular visual checks and will always contact you promptly if we notice anything of concern.
We hold £1 million of public liability insurance covering our negligence. However, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions, mechanical or electrical faults, tyre deterioration, or any condition that develops independently of our care and is unrelated to our actions.
We strongly recommend ensuring your vehicle is insured for fire, theft and accidental damage while in storage — either under a standard road risk policy or a laid-up policy. Please inform your insurer that the vehicle is stored at our premises.
Moving vehicles
We may occasionally need to reposition vehicles within our facility for operational reasons. We will always handle your vehicle with care.
Termination
Either party may end the storage arrangement with one month's written notice. We reserve the right to terminate immediately if payment lapses or if a vehicle poses a risk to other vehicles or to our facility.
In the event of termination, we will always give you reasonable time to collect your vehicle.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
